Vitamin Enrichment Kit for Fish Food
This vitamin and trace element enrichment kit provides an easy way to supplement the daily diet of fish by enriching their pellets directly before feeding.
The vitamin solution is sprayed onto the daily food portion and mixed with the pellets. This provides additional vitamins and trace elements directly through the food.
The kit can be used with different types of pellets and allows the daily food portion to be prepared quickly before feeding.
13 Vitamins and Numerous Trace Elements
The solution supplements the diet with 13 vitamins together with various trace elements.
It provides, in particular:
- magnesium;
- manganese;
- zinc;
- iron;
- copper;
- vitamin A;
- B vitamins, including B1, B2, B6 and B12;
- vitamin C;
- vitamin D3;
- vitamin E;
- vitamin K.
This enrichment helps supplement the nutritional content of the regular diet and can be particularly useful during periods when the nutritional requirements of the fish are increased.
Why Enrich Fish Food?
A suitable diet should provide fish with the nutrients required for their maintenance and development. Vitamins and trace elements are involved in many biological functions.
Using the kit provides an easy way to supplement a regular pellet diet and diversify nutritional intake without having to change the food normally offered to the fish.
It can be used as part of the diet of growing fish, breeding fish or whenever additional nutritional supplementation is required.
A Simple and Easy-to-Use Kit
The principle is simple: prepare only the amount of food required for the feeding session and spray the vitamin solution directly onto the pellets.
The graduated containers make it easy to measure the amount of food, while the spray bottle allows the vitamin solution to be dosed accurately.
After mixing and approximately one minute of absorption, the food is ready to be offered to the fish.
What Does the Vitamin Enrichment Kit Contain?
Each kit includes:
- one spray bottle for easily dosing the vitamin solution onto the food;
- two graduated measuring containers for measuring the amount of food;
- one vitamin refill bottle for refilling the spray bottle when empty;
- one mixing spatula for evenly mixing the preparation.
How to Use the Kit
- Place the amount of pellets required for the day's feeding into one of the containers.
- Measure the quantity of food using the graduations on the container.
- Apply the appropriate number of sprays of vitamin solution according to the volume of food.
- Mix thoroughly using the supplied spatula to distribute the solution evenly over the pellets.
- Allow the pellets to absorb the solution for approximately one minute.
- Feed the prepared portion to the fish.
Important: the prepared food should be fed to the fish within one hour of preparation.
Dosage
Use one spray for every 5 ml of food.
As an example, 5 ml corresponds approximately to one feeding portion for a 240-litre aquarium containing around 12 to 13 Mbuna cichlids.
Under these example conditions, one kit can enrich approximately 260 meals.
Follow the recommended dosage. Increasing the amount of solution provides no additional nutritional benefit.
Storage
Store the kit and vitamin solution away from direct light and heat.
